Investment Marketing
Investment Marketing develops content that engages clients and differentiates Fidelity as the top choice for investment performance. This group has deep knowledge of the financial services industry and Fidelity’s products, develops sales materials like online and print advertising, brochures, white papers, presentations, website content, events and videos.
Marketing Production
Everything that a client sees about Fidelity passes through the Production team, where graphic designers, writers, translators and production managers ensure that print and online materials are “best in class” and true to our brand “look and feel”. Advertising, such as newspaper, magazine, radio spots, billboards, digital, transit shelters, and sponsorships are developed and managed by Marketing Production.
Digital Marketing
The Digital Marketing team builds digital channels to deliver timely, relevant content where and when our clients want it, including: website design, online tools requirements and maintenance, content publishing, search engine optimization and search engine marketing, email marketing, online event registration, and our clients’ mobile experience.
Corporate Program and Event Management
Corporate Program and Event Management is responsible for providing project management services and effectively overseeing the successful execution of event initiatives to support Fidelity Canada's businesses.
Product Research
Product Research identifies and follows trends in the marketplace including investor demand and competitor innovation to ensure that Fidelity continues to develop leading-edge, innovative investment products and solutions. This group works closely with Finance, Product Development and Product Management.
Product Development
Product Development plays a large role in driving and shaping new and existing product solutions. The teams works closely with counterparts in the U.S. and overseas for identifying and validating potential product opportunities.
Product Management
Product Management is Fidelity's centralized source for high-quality mutual fund analysis and expertise. Analysis performed on the funds is packaged into a multitude of products for Fidelity distribution channels. The team acts as the key liaison with Fidelity's investment staff around the world and is the "voice of the portfolio manager" in Canada.
