Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are key parts of this culture and they help make us more effective in serving our customers. ERGs are self-organized groups of Fidelity employees who have a common interest relating to areas such as race, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation, or who share an affinity based on similar sets of experiences.

Diversity area - Latino and Black Employee Resource Group

 

These groups support the professional growth and development of participants through networking, education, training, mentoring and career development activities. And they help strengthen our community connections and enhance our market leadership by broadening our talent pool and promoting Fidelity’s brand.

We currently have five ERGs:

  • Asian Employee Resource Group
  • Women’s Networking Group
  • Aspire – Latino and Black Employee Resource Group
  • Enable - promoting awareness for the varying abilities among Fidelity associates and across our communities
